I've got a couple of recipes, an egg one and a french toast casserole, I just have to dig for them. I put a "sticky note" on the iMac so I'll look in the morning.
The egg casserole one barwench_23235 gave me, it's an Emeril recipe, easy and very yummy. The french toast casserole I made for a holiday brunch a few years back, it was very very good, I had never made it before and it turned out great. Both were make ahead the day before, let sit in the fridge and cook the next morning.
I'm heading off to bed but I'll post them in my journal tomorrow.
