I have to find my receipe - but I love this egg casserole. It is eggs, chedder and valvetta cheese with a bread. You make it ahead of time - like the day before - and than cook it the day of. It is even good for lunch the next day too! lol.
If this sounds good - let me know and I will get you the recipe. You can put sausage in - but - I know you dont want that.
